As a physician, you play a vital role at Janssen. You’ll connect regularly with healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups, and be the patients’ voice within the company. Your understanding of what patients require is essential as we develop innovative medicines to address unmet medical needs.

Physicians also provide an independent viewpoint and the ability to look beyond a single product, location or market. Your contribution will include ethics and evidence-based medical and scientific expertise. At the same time, through continuous scientific dialogue and medical education, you’ll be able to have an impact, not just on the medical and scientific community, but on public health policy and healthcare in general.
