Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

A core part of our DE&I agenda is the creation of voluntary employee-led groups, called ERGs, that leverage shared identities, affinities and experiences to lead initiatives that align with our strategy.

The ERG groups enable us to attract and retain diverse talent, provide employee leadership development programmes and support several community-patient initiatives to drive greater health and wellness education for all.
