Recognizing World IBD Day

Janssen Recognizes World IBD Day

The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies recognize World Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Day every May 19, to raise awareness and support the more than five million people around the world living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis (UC).

At Janssen, we are focused on supporting patients with therapies to treat Crohn’s disease and UC, and advancing science to one day intercept and cure IBD.  We also partner with patient organizations and health advocates around the world, promoting IBD awareness and earlier diagnosis and treatment, to address the lifelong physical, social and psychological burdens often associated with these inflammatory diseases.

On World IBD Day, we commend our advocacy partners for their efforts to bring greater understanding and recognition of Crohn’s disease and UC around the globe.

At Janssen, we collaborate with the world for the health of everyone in it.
