We also recognise the importance of partnerships in supporting the development of our employees and work closely with Irish institutions to attract and develop strong and diverse talent with a focus on WiSTEM. WiSTEM supports women to achieve their full potential and promotes gender diversity in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM). Our work involves a long-standing partnership with the University of Galway to offer MSc Health Economics students placement opportunities within our Market Access team.
