REAL WORLD EVIDENCE - HONEUR

What is HONEUR?

HONEUR stands for Haematology Outcomes Network in Europe. It’s a collaborative network of data partners, set up by Janssen.

The aim is that the partnering data centres across Europe are able to liberate the transformational potential of real-world evidence.

HONEUR includes universities and private hospitals, registries, medical societies, and other institutions, all of which have large data sets of patients who have been diagnosed with haematological malignancies, or rare blood cancers.

Why create HONEUR?

Treatments for blood cancer patients have progressed significantly in recent years, but extensive scientific research is still needed. Real-world data (RWD) is a huge and relatively untapped resource that can help.

We believe that better collaboration is the key to unlocking RWD’s potential. Improving the way we share and analyse data can help us develop new tools and evidence-based therapies.

By working together, we aim to increase our knowledge and understanding of blood cancers and, ultimately, help improve outcomes for patients across Europe.
