Our COVID-19 response
For over a century, Johnson & Johnson has actively engaged in fighting global outbreaks from TB to HIV and Ebola.
- Vaccines have been critical in tackling the COVID-19 pandemic and we continue to focus on ensuring our COVID-19 vaccine is available where people are in need.
- We’re committed to supporting frontline healthcare workers and our communities. We are delivering critical support for communities and health workers on the frontlines. In March, the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and the Johnson & Johnson Foundation committed $50 million dollars to support frontline health workers—from meals to protective equipment, extra training to mental health.
- In response to COVID-19, Janssen EMEA, along with our Medical Devices and Consumer Health companies, made $5 million of the $50 million available to support the needs of health workers in the EMEA region through our BacktheFrontline campaign.

At Janssen, we’re dedicated to fighting infectious diseases that have the broadest impact on human health.
Through science and innovation, we aim to deliver an end-to-end approach to prevent, treat and cure infectious diseases. Our efforts are focused on tackling the most complex infectious diseases, finding the right paths of intervention, and making sure that intervention reaches those in need.
We have an ambitious goal: to create a future where we can prevent the spread of infectious diseases and eliminate the burden they place on global health.
